Welcome to the National Alliance on Student Loan Debt

The National Alliance on Student Loan Debt (NASLD) exists to educate and support student borrowers across multiple socioecultural demographics who have been taken advantage of by predatory colleges, universities, training programs, private/federal lenders, and loan servicers.

Who We Are

Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started to think about what kind of community we wanted to build in 2023, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch National Alliance on Student Loan Debt.

We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.

Our goal is to offer those negatively impacted by the student debt crisis the education and moral support they need as they navigate the complex student loan system. We take this responsibility extremely seriously. Every single member of our staff has lived experience with student debt and the stress that it has levied on our families. We provide accurate, up to date information and a safe space to connect with experts and peers who understand how you are feeling. We are dedicated to creating strong community support for 45 million people.

Thank you for your support!

We are a grassroots, nonprofit organization funded primarily by donations, grants, and gifts. It is important for us to grow our staff with those who understand how the student debt crisis has impacted families. In order to do this, we need funding to pay them what they are worth.

We appreciate anything you can give. Please contact us to make your donation today. Every donation (no matter the amount) receives a public thanks on our website. Donors who donate $100 or more per month. will receive a write up on our website and an invitation to our yearly conference.

In solidarity!
